Guru Nanak Mission Charitable Hospital , Jalandhar, a 250 bedded eight storeyed, lift fitted centrally situated in the heart of Jalandhar City has miraculous achievement of growing from single room dispensary to its present stature in the last three decades.

This Hospital is run on the doles & donations from benevolent personage. This hospital is being administered by Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Trust, Jalandhar . The GNMH has departments of Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedic, Eye, ENT, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Radiology, Anesthesia, Pathology, Physiotherapy and Dental Surgery.

The hospital charges are subsidized for Registration, diagnostic investigations, operative, procedure, hospital stay and are affordable. The poor and needy are given special concession and often treated free of cost. However, it is not the charges but the high quality of care and humanitarian approach which attracts the patients including even the NRI's thus comments "India Today" a Prestigious Journal during a survey conducted by it.

All the Departments are equipped with most modern machines. The facilities for all major Surgeries including Laparoscopic, Phaco Eye Surgery and all bone Surgery including Joint replacements are available in this Hospital. All respective Departments are managed by highly qualified, experienced and dedicated professionals.

The staff consists of 18 senior specialists, 16 junior Doctors, 65 Nurses and 150 Paramedicals.
 

Vision To Blind

Guru Nanak Mission Hospital (GNMH) is organizing free eye & medical camps for rural health care in the remote villages when the specialist doctors go to the door-step of the patients & restore sight to cataract blind at their sight .The surgery, lodging & boarding glasses are provided free of cost to the patients .Air -Conditioned Eye Van donated by "GADM" is very handy for holding these camps.hese camps are sponsored by NRI's and local organisations.
